1. Single-User License
1 License = 1 User = 1 Active Machine Your license is bound to your NinjaTrader Machine ID and valid on one device. One free hardware change per calendar year can be requested via support; extra moves may incur an administration fee.
2. Permitted Use
Personal trading use only. Redistribution, resale, lending or sharing of the indicator is strictly prohibited. Reverse-engineering or code modification is not allowed.
3. Perpetual License & Updates
The license grants lifetime use of the purchased version. Minor updates and bug-fixes are included; major version upgrades may require a new license.
4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your software purchase and request a full refund within 14 days after purchase, without giving a reason. This applies even after download, installation or activation, and after a free trial. Any longer withdrawal period or later deadline required by applicable law still applies. Use Withdraw from your purchase or email support@vertonedge.com; no account or reason is required. We refund the full amount paid for the cancelled product to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. On cancellation, the licence for that purchase ends and you must stop using that purchased copy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming software. See our Return Policy for the full procedure and applicable deadlines.
