14-day refunds

You can cancel your software purchase and request a full refund within 14 days after purchase. You do not need to give a reason. This applies even if you have downloaded, installed or activated the indicator, or used a free trial before buying.

Downloading or activating your purchase does not waive this refund policy or your statutory right of withdrawal. A trial period and the period after a paid purchase are separate.

How to cancel your purchase

Use Withdraw from your purchase or email support@vertonedge.com with a clear statement that you want to cancel. Include the email address used for the purchase, the product and your order reference if available. No account, mandatory explanation or order reference is required.

The online function sends an immediate email confirmation recording the purchase and the date and time of your request. You may also use another clear statement to exercise your right of withdrawal; the online function is not compulsory.

Your deadline

For consumer purchases of digital content, the statutory withdrawal period runs until the end of the 14th day after the day the contract is confirmed. Send your cancellation before the applicable deadline; it does not need to be processed before then. If applicable law provides a longer period or moves the deadline to a later working day, that later deadline applies.

Receiving your refund

We refund the full amount paid for the cancelled product, without a cancellation fee, to the original payment method. We make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. We do not require troubleshooting or a reason before honouring a request within the applicable period.

There is no physical item to return. When you cancel, the licence for that purchase ends and you must stop using that purchased copy. We may deactivate the corresponding licence.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including remedies when software is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the agreement. Those rights may continue after the 14-day period. For help, contact support@vertonedge.com.

Enter your purchase details below and select Confirm withdrawal to send your cancellation. No reason or account is required. You will receive an email receipt confirming your request and its date and time.
